You can sign in to your account and under "My Account", open the "Invoice" tab. All the invoices related to your subscription would be listed there. Invoices related to the purchased add-ons and the services are also available under this tab.

Depending on the subscription plan you have chosen, the maximum number of active users you can have is decided. If you are trying to activate users that is more than the limit, you would be getting such messages. You can opt for add-ons for this purpose but even then you would be able to activate up to the total of users allowed by your subscription plan and those allowed through the add-ons. You can keep increasing the limit by purchasing the add-ons as required.

There is a limit to the number of mobile users you can activate depending on your chosen subscription plan. Once you have reached the limit that is allowed, you would get this particular message. It can be solved by purchasing mobile user add-on packages which increases the limit and you get access to activating the total number of users you are allowed to through the add-on and the subscription plan.

As you use the application, the database and the media storage fills up and once any one of them reaches the limit allowed by your subscription plan, users cannot login anymore. In order to avoid this situation, a warning message is displayed as the storage starts to reach its optimum limit. This can be solved by purchasing Database storage add-ons and Media storage add-ons as soon as you start getting such warning messages. This way you can ensure that your access into the system is uninterrupted.

Yes, you can share certain data with the third party application and is done within a secure channel. This sharing can be done within the organisation. All application data cannot be shared to third party applications.
